About the event
ISM 2027 is the world's largest trade fair for sweets and snacks, staged together with ISM Ingredients and ISM Manufacturing. It takes place from 31 January to 3 February 2027 at Koelnmesse in Cologne.
Confectionery and snack manufacturers, ingredient and machinery suppliers, retailers and importers come from around the world.
Koelnmesse is located in Cologne-Deutz on the right bank of the Rhine, opposite the cathedral. Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) is closest and Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is a common alternative. Visitors stay in Deutz, the old town around the cathedral, and in Düsseldorf or Bonn when Cologne is fully booked. MiceTransfer provides meet & greet airport transfers, chauffeur services by the hour (4, 8 or 12 hours) for exhibitors and delegations, and shuttle solutions between hotels and the venue for the duration of the event.
